This coffee gives an exciting deep aromatic feel, overall lighter body than Premium Classic, have a smooth silky finish coffee. Beautiful rich flavor and softly spice. By its records, is the best pick for coffee brewing at home. To be used in shops, it is well-known for 'arabica only' shop owners.

KOPI

HOCKHOELEE classic coffee. KOPI or what is known as traditional coffee or 'coffee sock' is the everyday coffee for Phuketians. Can make both hot or iced coffee. General brewing method is to put in cloth bag and follow with very hot water. The water which get thru cloth bag is considered black coffee. Repeat steps to make coffee stronger as desire. Now even easier to brew, packaged in small bag. Just drop coffee packet into hot water.

Brewing:

  1. Put coffee in coffee sock or paper filter
  2. Pour hot water on top, water pass thru coffee powder, creating a coffee water
  3. When get enough coffee water, do it again repeatly 2-3 time
  4. Notice the color, when it is dark enough, it's ready.
  5. Add sweeten condensed milk or sugar or milk as desire

CEYLON TEA

Widely popular across island, HOCKHOELEE signatured tea is the best on island to make Phuket iced tea. Using Ceylon as main component, HOCKHOELEE has distinctive aroma and exotic taste.

Brewing:

  1. Put tea in cloth bag or coffee sock or paper filter
  2. Pour hot water on top, water pass thru tea leaf, creating a tea water
  3. When get enough tea water, do it again repeatly 2-3 time
  4. Do not let tea leaf stay in tea water more than usual 1-2 mins for best result
  5. Add sweeten condensed milk or sugar or milk as desire
